The client was adamant that a lean-to roof was the answer to replacing the existing conservatory on the rear of this old river workers cottage but with the rear garden raised and sloping up away from the house it became clear that we needed maximum height to the windows to get as much light into the back of the kitchen as possible and also to allow views over and beyond the out buildings at the top of the garden.
The final design has created a light and airy space with a sense of volume despite the relatively small foot print.

Feedback
Working with Adam was extremely positive and supportive. He had lots of creative ideas that could be tailored to my budget. He was quick to respond to emails and communicated very clearly. He made the process of designing an extension and outhouse very simple and the outcome, my lovely house is beautiful!
